NINE ONE ONE offers medical apparel and related products through the website. We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colors, sizes, prices, materials, and images accurately.

3. Orders
An order is placed when you complete the checkout process and submit the order through the website. After the order is placed, you may receive an order confirmation by email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if:

the order information is incomplete, incorrect, or appears fraudulent;
there is an obvious technical error in price, product description, or availability;
shipping to the provided destination is not possible.

6. Shipping and Delivery
We ship worldwide from Kazakhstan with DHL. All shipments include door-to-door delivery and tracking.
Orders are usually handed over to the courier within 3–5 business days after purchase.
DHL delivery usually takes 7–14 business days with tracking.
Delivery times may vary due to customs procedures, weather conditions, holidays, seasonal demand, courier workload, or circumstances beyond our control.
Free DHL shipping is available for orders over €130, unless otherwise stated on the website or at checkout.
7. Customs Duties and Import Taxes
International orders are shipped with customs duties and import taxes included in the final price where this is stated on the website. No additional customs payments are expected upon delivery for such orders.
If your local authorities, courier, or payment provider require additional information for customs clearance or delivery, you agree to provide the necessary information in a timely manner.
8. Order Tracking
After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. All parcels are insured and fully trackable.

9. Returns
We want you to love your scrubs. If something does not fit or meet your expectations, eligible items may be returned within 14 days from the delivery date and may qualify for a refund.
Eligible items for return:
items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition;
all original tags must be attached;
products should be returned in original packaging when possible;
items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Non-returnable items:
items without original tags;
worn, washed, damaged, stained, or altered products;
items returned after the 14-day period;
items that do not meet the return conditions.

10. Refunds
Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item. If the return is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–14 business days after we receive the return, depending on bank and payment-provider processing times.
The full product price may be refunded to the original payment method.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed by us in writing.
11. Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, contact us and we will help arrange an exchange where possible, or assist you with placing a new order. Exchanges depend on product availability.
