14-Day Return Policy
We want you to love your scrubs. If something doesn't fit or meet your expectations, we'll make it right.
All NINE ONE ONE customers can return eligible items within 14 days from the delivery date and receive a refund.
Return Conditions
Eligible items for return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags must be attached
- Products should be returned in original packaging when possible
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
Non-returnable items:
- Items without original tags
- Worn, washed, or damaged products
- Items returned after the 14-day period
How to Return
- Email us at nine.one.one.corp@gmail.com with your order number
- Receive return instructions or a return shipping label
- Package the items securely and ship them back
- Your refund will be processed within 5–14 business days after we receive the return
Refund Information
- The full product price will be refunded to your original payment method
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
