All NINE ONE ONE customers can return unworn, unwashed items with tags attached within 14 days from the date of purchase and receive a full refund.
Return Conditions
Eligible Items for Return:
- Items must be unworn and in original condition
- All original tags must be attached
- Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase date
- Products must be in their original packaging when possible
Non-Returnable Items:
- Items without original tags
- Worn or washed products
- Items damaged by customer use
- Products returned after 14-day period
Return Process
